About International Tax Accountants
International Tax Accountants is an accountancy service for businesses that operate across borders. The site is a plain front door to a regulated firm, not a directory that sells your enquiry to a panel.
The work is carried out by Tidy Money Ltd, a practice run by Preetesh Parmar FCCA and regulated by the ACCA. You can check that on the ACCA register rather than take our word for it, which is the point of naming the firm at all.
How an Engagement Works
You tell us the countries involved and what you need doing. We come back with a fixed fee in writing, and once it is agreed we take over the transfer pricing, the returns, the double-tax relief or the cross-border VAT, or whichever of those you asked for. There is no hourly clock and no charge for a question asked between filings.
Where you already have a domestic accountant, we work alongside them on the cross-border part and leave the rest with them. Where an overseas business is arriving in the UK, or a UK business is expanding out, we plan the permanent establishment and residence questions before the first return rather than after an assessment.
How We Write What Is on This Site
Cross-border rules and rates move, so every figure on the site, every threshold, rate and date, is checked against the primary source, legislation.gov.uk, an HMRC manual or notice, or the OECD Model, and dated. Where we cannot confirm something to a primary source, or where a rule is announced but not yet law, we say so or leave it off rather than state it as settled.
There are no invented testimonials, no stock photographs, and no named author we cannot stand behind. The guidance is written and reviewed in-house and reviewed again when the rules change.
Tell Us About the Cross-Border Position and We Will Quote
Tell us which countries are involved, what the business is, and what you need: transfer pricing, a permanent establishment question, the non-resident landlord scheme, cross-border VAT or a return. We come back with a fixed fee for the work and the dates that apply. If the position is straightforward, we will say so rather than quote for a full package.
